HELLO. I AM A HAIRDRESSING OVERSEAS STUDENT. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED MY ONE YEAR. OF STUDY. I WISH TO STAY IN MELBOURNE & OPEN MY OWN SALON. BUT NOW GOVERNMENT HAS CHANGED THE RULES. I AM GOING TO APPLY FOR PR. IN DEC 2009. SO WILL I GET THE PR?
